Blue Skies

Well don't I look foolish for complaining about the gloomy weather. Today was fantastic! Notice the blue sky and rosey cheeks...it was an outside day for most of the day today. Megan kicked Joshua out of the fort and claimed it as her castle. I scolded Megan for being mean to her brother and she said, "but Mom, I'm a princess". Oh dear, let's hope she knows the difference between playing a princess and being one!

Daniel spent much of the afternoon digging in the raised bed planter.

Megan and Joshua took turns going down the slide.

Then Megan played on the swings while Joshua, Daniel and I kicked the soccerball around for a while.
