I took a few days off of work to get the kids set up for homeschooling this year. Several people have asked me how we got here, since I was so much looking forward to an exciting school year with all of the kids at the same high school. Ultimately, there’s just so many unknowns about the upcoming school year, that it seemed to make sense for us to return back to being a homeschooling family. Central Florida still has more Covid-19 cases than everyone is comfortable with, so things like marching band and chorus aren’t really happening this year. 
It was so fun to see the kids get excited about this. Daniel’s workspace is decked out with Coast Guard pictures and Megan’s is more about bright colors and sunshine. Joshua hasn’t quite decided where his homeschool station is going to be, so I’m assuming it might be at the kitchen table.
