Getting ready for the big performance!

The cute rabbit above is our friend Ava being held up by the super-duper teacher's helper, Tessa. Tessa is so good with the girls. She assists them out on stage, but she also plays a couple of other parts in the Nutcracker.

Tonight was the dress rehearsal for the show. We only had to stay for the first act, which was good because the girls were getting tired. Here's a shot of them waiting patiently to go out for the curtain call. The rabbits are the first to come out for the curtain call, so they get to watch the end of the performance from just off stage behind the curtain. They are also the first group of kids to perform, and it was determined tonight that the performance can't start until the rabbits are out of the green room and waiting just off stage. So they get a fantastic view of the beginning part of the show, too.

Here is Megan and Tessa in the auditorium during one of our many rehearsals. We are looking forward to the show.
