Dec 2006 - Cranes Roost Park & Legos

These next three are from Cranes Roost Park - a park with a walking trail that Keith and I used to walk around when we were dating in high school. These pictures are from a walk we took with Grandma and Grandpa on Thanksgiving day after lunch last year. Daniel was still pretty new on his feet. Megan was trying to get him to dance.

An adorable Daddy and Daniel picture.

Keith and the kids hanging out on the lawn watching the ducks.

The next group of pictures is from our FAVORITE place....the lego station at Downtown Disney. We like Downtown Disney because it has all the fun of Disney World, but it's free. :) The kids were really too small to go stand in lines to ride the attractions at the theme parks. So our alternative was to visit Downtown Disney - another place Keith and I went to often when we were in college. Only, we used to go to the other side of the park, dining at Planet Hollywood and seeing shows at the House of Blues. The family side of Downtown Disney is great - there are characters milling around, Disney stores to shop in and a few unique places to eat. The kids really liked the Rainforest Cafe. Joshua and Keith could have spent all day at the lego station.

There is Joshua checking out the lego dinosaur. Seriously, does it get any better for a (then) 4 year old boy...legos and dinosaurs together!

Megan had some serious reservations about checking out these lego-dogs.

Once Megan realized Buzz Lightyear wasn't going to move, she decided to get up there for a quick picture.
