The Resort

While on our trip, we stayed at the Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort. The resort was really beautiful and spacious. There were plenty of walking trails outside to take the kids exploring. Most of these pictures were taken on our first day out walking, since it was warm in the 60's. That Tuesday was our only warm clear day.

The kids were watching kayakers in the water. Maybe we'll attempt that on our next visit.

There is a carving inside the resort that is a scaled down replica of the carving on the side of Stone Mountain.

Grandma, Grandpa and I took the kids around the conference room area of the resort to look at the many Christmas trees that were still up. (The trees disappeared before our trip was over.)

The resort lobby is very cozy. During the family reunion, we took a huge group picture in front of the fireplace.

The view from our porch.

Our room. The kids slept in their little sleeping bags on the floor. Our room adjoined with Grandma and Grandpa's room.
